Who and what am I?My name tends to confuse people, contrary to popular belief, I'm not a guy. I'm non binary and I go by any pronouns!
Basically, gender: NOHow old am I and where am I from?I was born in 2004, so I'm a young adult. My age is necessary to display due to the fact that I make NSFW commissions.
I'm Arab-Italian and currently living and studying in Italy.How long have I been drawing and selling commissions?I've been drawing for quite a long time (more than 10 years!), but I believe there's room for improvement.
I've been selling art for over 5 years.Do I work ''Full time''?Yes and no.
Being a personal illustrator is within my capabilities, however I'm also a student so most deals are to be discussed. Art is like a part time job to me!What am I good at?I don't know either lol, but I'm down to try and learn anything from art styles to animation for long-term projects.How do I price my work?This is a common question, so I feel like I should include it.
I do not charge for hours, I price my work based on complexity and technique. It would be impossible for me to charge for the hour because my art style isn't consistent.

Terms of Service.
USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me or just contacting me you're agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Any violation to these terms will result into getting black-listed and depending on the gravity of the situation, legal action. (Concerning business related deals)
By purchasing any of my services, you agree to use my work for personal and non-profit purposes unless previously agreed, and credit is provided for my work.
GENERAL CLIENT
+You, as the client, will be expected to have read this TOS.+Needless to say, if you can't afford my commissions, don't buy them.
Read my prices and have in mind what you're going to commission, don't waste my time.+Be patient, I am not a machine. I'm a person with a life, and I have other things to do besides drawing. I am devoted to what I do, but I can't only do art 24/7.
Wait for the work like everyone else, otherwise I will stop the commission and no longer service you.
No deadlines.+You can display the work publicly, but there should always be a way to link it back to me. (External descriptions, credit files and boards etc.) Unless we agreed otherwise.+Under no circumstances can you claim my work as your own. NO tracing and editing my art either, if you want any changes to the work ASK.+Please, if I don't know you, keep it professional and polite.+If you're a minor, ask for your parent's permission if you're gonna pay with their money. I don't have the time or energy to argue with them and I WILL NOT refund you.+You can display and print the art as long as you aren't doing it to profit.+If you aren't in the gold list you will be required to pay the full price before the commission (exceptions can be made)+To commission nsfw artwork you'll have to show me an ID. I'm not selling pornographic material to minors under any circumstances.+Morality wise I have limits: I make fetish art under commission unless it's Bestiality, Shotacon and Lolicon,(or any pedo-pornogrpahic material) incest (even of the ambigous type such as step-siblings or adoptive siblings), racist or derogatory art etc.
If I'm not comfortable with what you're commissioning me I will kindly turn you down. Do not further insist afterward or you'll be blacklisted and blocked.+I reserve the right to deny service at my discretion.+Clients who have already commissioned me in the past are still bound to this TOS and its content.
ARTIST
+By commissioning me you are purchasing my services as an artist ONLY, nothing else. I am not required to be your friend or anything of the sort after the service is over.+I reserve the right to display the work you commissioned no matter what. I made it and I still partially own it on a personal level.
This doesn't mean I can use your commission for any other business related services by any means, besides displaying it.+I reserve the right to refund you the full/partial amount paid (depending on progress of the project), if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
+Business deals are discussed privately and I will want a percentage of the profit. I will sue you if you profit off my work.+If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.+I am more than authorized to disagree your offer if I'm not interested. Do not insist.
PLACING AN ORDER, PAYMENT & REFUNDS
+To place an order visit my main site and check out my contact me section.+ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
will only accept EUR via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making any currency conversions.
Paypal fees are included. What you see is what you will have to pay.+Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.+Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.+ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started the work+No refunds after I have started your commission. Excuses such as you don't want the work anymore, or to 'hold on' on it are not valid, and will not be accepted per my discretion. I work and I do it FAST. If you're gonna change your mind do not expect a refund. I will expect payment for the work I've done.
Exceptions to this rule can be done for reasons such as financial struggles or health reasons (not being able to work due to health problems, please focus on your condition), or any personal reasons and problems of the client.
COMMUNICATE anything that might interrupt the service or you will not be refunded.
If the commission is over YOU will not be refunded REGARDLESS of any problems you might have. It is no longer my problem since I've finished my work as agreed.• I will send WIPs (‘work in progress’) and it is your responsibility to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
I am not responsible for any non-satisfactory elements of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
+ These images will come in the form .png files as an attachment in the email or DM.
Please be available to provide feedback during this time.+ You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
+ I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.
NDA (Non disclosure agreement)
+I reserve the right to record and livestream the progress of commissions, unless we agreed to keep the commission a secret.
Black List.
BLACK LIST
+Any violation of this TOS will result into getting black listed.
+If my experience with your commission was unpleasant you can still get black listed, without violation of the TOS.
You will not be serviced by me ever again if you get black listed.Any violation of the TOS will still result in being black listed.
What can I draw?
People, Hybrids, Animals, Furries, Robots, and anything my clients challenge me to draw.
Do I make nsfw art?
Yes.
What about fetish and kink artwork?
It depends on what you want me to draw, I'm not judgmental, however if I am not comfortable, I will turn it down.
What do I NOT draw?
+Shotacon and Lolicon or any pedo-pornographic content.
+Incest of any type, even ambigous one (Step-siblings, Adoptive siblings ecc.)
+Racist, offensive, political and derogatory art and religious (This includes any type of ambigous symbolism).
+Bestiality and zoophilia
Anything not explicitly listed here can still be turned down per my discretion.
What if I'm a minor and I want to commission nsfw art?
Please DONT. If you're a minor I'm not servicing you for nsfw. To commission that type of art you'll need to show me your ID.
Under no circumstances will I accept NSFW commissions for anyone under legal age. If ID can/will not be shown before I begin the commission, your commission will be denied.

THE GOLD LIST
who are gold listed clients?
+Gold listed clients are long-term clients that have proven to be trustworthy and pleasant to work with.
what are the benefits of being in this list?
Being in this list grants you the ability to set deadlines and pay after you receive the commission.
If you're a gold list client you can hire me as a long-term illustrator and discuss different types of works and payments that aren't included in the usual commissions.
Gold listed clients also get discounts on certain types of commissions.
How do i get in the gold list?
there are no requirements to be in this list, it is up to me to decide and my experience with you during the service is going to affect if i want you in the gold list.
